Well we're here, FRYdaze. I've been workin' on gettin' my place painted for 2 weeks now a little at a time 15x15 feet and one HELL of a lot of STUFF to go around. I just might try and sell some of it in a couple weeks. Or give it away, or even pay someone to take it. There's Paul McCaffrey on the front page of the Sound on Thursday saying 'We have a gunman out there.' I thought Paul retired. It's good to see some of the old coppers still around; it feels like home. I heard a parking enforcement officer request Animal Control for an ill Dog Thursday in the 200 Block of West Cota. While Animal Control was on the way, the owner of the dog came out and took the doggie home. Please do not leave your pets unattended outside many get picked up as Strays. It happened to Pooh Bear once - cost me a pretty penny to get him out. A lot of calls lately in the 600 AND 700 Blocks of State Street, involving a group of Homeless toughs. Are these guys like taking over part of our town or what? I'm always hearing trouble in that area.
I've been listening to the Scanner more like from the time I wake up till I go to bed. I also leave it on when I'm sleeping which really isn't much. It makes for some interesting dreams. The otter night I had a dream me and Ballistic Belinda was walking through LAX and George Clooney was running alongside Belinda like a chimp sucking her thumb. Can any of you dream analyzers tell me what that means?
Anyway some chump comes over here and tells me how to write the Scanner Reports...what Nerve. He was a friend of mine, got pulled over on a traffic ticket, Starts threatening me because he thinks I'm going to put him in the Scanner Reports. I did not even hear the call - What a Bozo! It's funny because I don't usually put traffic stops on the reports unless the idiot has a warrant or something...It's just plain funny someone coming over here and telling me "You better not put me in your Scanner Reports." I totally went DOGzillia on the guy and he ran heeheehee. He took off outta here like a bat outta HELL - probably got a ticket on the way home too! My dad would have been so proud.

Medical Emergency on a bus at MTD.
Medical emergency on the 4th floor of the clock tower in the old courthouse downtown. The victim is elderly and fell 6 steps down the stairway.
Injury traffic accident Ontare at Foothill.
Vehicle fire 1300 Block of East Cabrillo at Los Ninos.
Illegal camper in vehicle Gregory at Hitchcock.
700 Block of West Arrellaga Illegal Crapper down the storm drain white Ford Van, police got them. There's a lot of other places to dump ones waste - why do people insist on dumping it in neighborhoods where children play...Why?
I heard a county dispatcher say that there were 2 1110s in the County at the same time. That is Lewd Acts with a child, I heard 2 on Wednesday, and another on Thursday in the county.
2000 Block of East Valley check the welfare of a woman dressed in dark clothing laying at the side of the road.
SBPD ran another guy he was on parole for 666.
2 Neighbors were fighting in the back country there was a creek that ran through their properties so one neighbor dammed up the creek and flooded the otter neighbor's property.

23152 Drunk Driver on Mission Ridge female in a silver Mercedes blond in her 40's near a basketball court. I did not get the address.
Someone was following a 5150 in the 700 Block of Anacapa.
APS at DLG unknown if injury accident.
4000 Block of Calle Real male in a business threatening.
Keep the Peace over property in the 1100 Block of Cacique.
415 Domestic in a vehicle somewhere on 154.
1000 Block of Bath Elderly Male was talking to himself on front porch now doing so in front of their home.
600 Block of West Valerio 415 Domestic Husband driving back and forth in front of home in grey Volvo wagon.
Santa Barbara Daily Sound offices had a little fire in the 400 Block of East Canon Perdido.
Last but not least, Found Property a leather hand bag found 25 feet from the sidewalk at Pershing Park. Not sure what the 25 feet means.
Scanner Reports, Thursday:
Harbor Patrol contacted 4 people on the roof of the Marina 3 bathrooms. I guess they was sleeping there.
3700 Block Portobello, ex-boyfriend heading over to ex-girlfriend's house to ask her to marry him. But someone was worried about the situation, so they called it in.
Medical Emergency for seizures on East Beach.
Ill stray dog 200 West Cota but before A.C. could show up owner did saying his dog.
Report of possible fight in the 600 Block of State Street.
300 Block of East Carrillo report of Woman screaming for help.

Barking spiders on East Valley Road
Found property at the car wash Anacapa at Cota. Don't ask, they wouldn't say what it was.
Audible Alarm 1400 Block of East Valley Road.
Audible alarm on Wellington in a home. A lot more homes have alarms now, some of des burglars gonna get rude awakenings.
Theft investigation at a store in Paseo Nuevo suspect information. They got the dummy on tape...heeheehee.
459 Burglary to a residence in the 400 Block of Los Alturas Road.
