Good Ol' Fireplaces

Since the introduction of "insert" fireplaces several decades ago, fireplace building has become somewhat of a dying art. I'm hoping to be referred to a contractor who still mixes the mortar and can erect a fireplace that Santa Claus would recognize!

Just make sure the firebox design is proven so it draws properly and outside air intake is included in the design.
