Did you check SBCC's & adult ed catalog? Or did you want a one to one teacher?

Would like one on one, specifically for drawing. In oil painting class, and feel that it would be helpful to have basic drawing skills.

Also check the Santa Barbara Art Association website with lots of artists and their websites listed. If you see someone's work you admire, take a class from them. The Adult Ed instructors all have very different styles, best to take from someone whose work you like. Many Adult ed instructors are also Art Association members. www.sbartassoc.org/mem_link.html

Marnie Wilcox is a fine artist who excels especially in watercolor paintings. Her works are astounding! She is my soon-to-be sister-in-law. I will ask her if she'd be interested in teaching in her home perhaps. Even I would love to be taught by her. She has a hectic schedule right now, but I will be certain to ask her if she would be interested in offering classes, and let you know! She sells her work, even Nick Cage. I'll bookmark this page, and get back to you all.

My name is Michael. I am very skilled in pencil/ink and painting with oil. If you wish to see my portfolio please conctact me. I would be happy to work one on one and help you take on this medium. I have worked with children and adults and am proficient with teaching skills. My rates are very reasonable. Contact me at cplot1@verizon.net. I'll get back to you.
