Well, well, well, Wednesday is hair. And how are all of you today on this beautiful Santa Barbara Day? I'm just totally wonderful. I can only walk sideways and my lungs are kinda screwed up but that's OK. It's nothing a little heroin won't fix and everyone knows Roger does drugs because he has long hair and a beard. If it looks like a Duck, acts like a Duck, farts like a duck, well you know the story. What the HELL is wrong with people these days? It's the age of ASSUMPTIONS. I guess it's ahellofalot easier than finding a solution. No one cares about a solution unless it's something that directly involves them. So what about the easy way? The government takes the easy way why shouldn't we? We should take the easy way.
I've done things the hard way all my life and look where it got me disabled and poor. I have always put other people ahead of me. Now I can't, now I need help. You would think that if you treat people all right and fare they might do the same for you...WRONG! It ain't that way. I'm thinking back to all the times I had chances to screw people over, involving money. I'd own a couple homes by now had I done things illegally. But it's SNOT right to be dishonest and screw people over even though politicians do it every day, and they are still accepted and loved. "Religion is the wealthy man's way to control the poor man." Saw that on a bumper sticker outside Trader Joes on Milpas, I totally believe it too. I also believe in the LORD THY DOG.
I think even now after all I've gone through, I would not screw someone over for money - because it just ain't right. Sometimes I feel good about myself that I feel that way, and generally I'm a good person. It's not going to get me anywhere though. I know that someday I'm going to die - homeless, poor, and in the gutter. Maybe not necessarily in that odor. But it's going to happen. It's all right though I served my purpose we all poo one way or the otter...

Medical Emergency behind the Alano Club in the parking lot a 25 year old woman vomiting blood.
415 Transient at the Double Tree. Not sure if this was the place but at some hotel/motel on the beach a transient was stealing towels from the place. Probably wanted to dry off from the rain.
Medical Emergency for a woman down near Amtrak 209 State street she turned out to be code 40, drunk.
Theft investigation at the Alano Club 235 East Cota.
415 Transient harassing in front of Macys 701 State Street.
1144 Death somewhere in the county.
Suspicious Circumstances 1100 Block of San Pasqual woman not answering phone, showing up to work. Not sure of outcome.
Illegal dumping Helena and Yanoli involving a Dodge Caravan.
415 Domestic in 1200 Block of DLV.
23152 Grey Toyota on Modoc from Los Positas.
415 Transient disturbed 21 North Milpas, Sherwin Williams Paints.
Medical Emergency 800 Block of Bath Street unresponsive female.
Cabrillo Lane at Shadow Lane juveniles throwing fireworks.
602PC Trespassing 6180 Via Real subject being evicted refusing to leave probably has nowhere to go...Sad.
415 Domestic 600 Block of Willowglen Road.
Someone left a box on fire on someone's doorstep after pounding on the door...I wonder what was in the box?
415 Domestic male female verbal 3900 Block of Via Lucero.
484 Shoplifting at Rite Aid 825 State street suspect headed South on State.
Code 40 female in traffic in the Carrillo Underpants.
Medical Emergency for a 33 year old female having chest pains at Amtrak 209 State Street. Woman states that she was stabbed earlier and it's just starting to hurt now.
There was a foot pursuit at 8th and Walnut not sure why, I think at least two people were caught.
Scanner Reports, Tuesday:
A woman called in to report that a chicken trying to cross a road was a traffic hazard this was in the county. Sure nuf, a few moments later I heard a deputy say that he was 10-97 with the chicken, I wonder if the deputy helped the chicken cross the road, and why?
Medical emergency for an unresponsive female in the 600 Block of Olive Street.
Missing vehicle investigation in the 800 Block of West Victoria.
1000 Block of East Haley a 13 year old girl and her friends were followed home by a HMA with a green mountain bike with tattoos all over.
Attempted robbery with a gun I wonder why it was an attempted robbery. He had a gun maybe the guy isn't a real criminal and he ought to quit while he's ahead.
Someone is smoking crack behind a Christian Science church in the county.
Report of 20 transients blocking the sidewalk in the 700 Block of State Street smoking drugs.
7800 Block of Hollister 484 of Laptop.
400 Block of DLV 459 Burglary laptop taken.
242 Assault investigation 29 North Milpas McDonalds.
Non-injury traffic accident possible hazard condition vehicle into a building 1900 Cliff Drive McDonalds restaurant. Very minor damage.
100 Block of North Hope 273.5 Domestic Violence investigation.
Report of a car running unoccupied and locked for 4 hours in the 1500 Block of DLV. Scares the HELL outta me just thinking about that - maybe it's Christine part 2.
