Scanner Reports 1-02-12
updated: Jan 02, 2012, 7:00 AM

By Roger the Scanner Guy

Welcome to 2012. It seemed to come into Santa Barbara quietly. A train traveled through town blowin' its horn. Occasional fireworks and shots dotted the East Side. A few moments after a series of more fireworks and shots off in the distance, I conked out. After that it took all I had to wait up after midnight to see if anything was going to happen, anything bad. But it never does SNOT here anything that does seems to have a natural process to it, therefore everything that happens in Santa Barbara is Natural Causes. Those who don't normally experience Natural Causes are going to have a rough time accepting it if they should ever end up poor or have to struggle to make a living.

It's all part of the Nude World Odor...Natural Causes could cause a person to naturally keel over a second's notice and break out in gun shot, or stab wounds, be strangled, burned to death, run over or be dismembered by a natural process called homicide. Do not be alarmed these Natural Causes only happen to people who reside on the wrong side of town, or are renters with no money to their name. I read where it's a law now that gun owners cannot carry unloaded handguns in public, in California however the law doesn't cover all guns...So stated in the Times, gun owners will be carrying long unloaded guns. When someone writes up a law they want changed they should cover all the bases and think of the taxpayer whom has to pay for this foolishness.

Oh, for toes of you that can't finger it out for yourselves this is my opinion.
