Anyone out there got a Passive-Aggressive neighbor that thinks they are in charge of your life? Man this guy is driving me nuts. I know how he is too, He tells new people around here about me and Belinda being crazy. I think it makes him feel better about himself. I don't know if he talks SMACK about everyone else but I suspect he does. I know he does about us because sooner or later the people he tells come to me and ask me what's wrong with him. But in the meantime I'm walking around with an invisible label on my forehead getting funny looks.
A couple years ago, the same guy told my landlord that by the way I talked; I might be a serial killer. I had a HELL of a time with that one. I thought my landlord was going to evict me. I'm really tired of this Yo Yo scrap. On the one hand he pulls this back stabbing stuff, then the next day he makes you a steak and he's real nice. I feel like I'm in prison and married to Bubba. He's one of those guys that volunteers to help then takes over your life. I'm sure there are people out there that know "The Type."
It's one thing to play stupid games but when your life becomes uncomfortable and the person is suggesting things to you like "Why don't you move out if you don't like things the way they are", and other things it's time to get legal because that's harassment. I haven't done anything to deserve it. One thing though supposedly the landlord said he was in charge of something I'm SNOT sure what? It's not me or Belinda we both pay our rent, our bills, our way. I'm not going to tell the landlord about it, because the landlord is nice, and he has this thing about everyone getting along. I am going to pray for the guy because prayer usually works. Of course you really got to watch what you pray for and to whom.
It reminds me of something my Mother is going through with her Son in Law from HELL.This guy married one of my sisters needed a loan to keep the house he inherited from his Mother, my mom helped them out to the tune of 70 thousand dollars he never paid, this went on for 7 years. She had no choice but to pull the rug out from under him and my sister. By the time it was all over my sister and her loser husband had enough money to buy a trailer for a couple grand and move into a mobile home park. The husband is a wet drunk, he never pays his bills, he just screws people over. My sister loves him because he doesn't hit her. He's abusive in other ways. Anyway they got evicted again nowhere to go so they visit my mom and the first thing he says to my mother after not speaking to her since he lost his house is" I could fix a lot of things around here for you." My mother said "No" in a nice way like the classy lady she is. I'm thinking wood chipper and buckets of CHUM. He wants to get into the Queens home so he could control her and drink booze all day. He brainwashed the daughter now he wants Mommy Dearest. He better just back off there's a lot of hungry carp in the Calumet River and they don't mind an occasional alcoholic.
I'm just talking I would never do anything like that, but the thoughts are nice. That sort of thing happens to a lot of people these butt zits come along and see an opportunity and take it. It really happens a lot to older folks. I have a friend that got an inheritance from her Grandmother it was supposed to be in a trust fund. The grandmother's caregiver was in charge of it. The caregiver pretty much gave the money freely to the Granddaughter then nearing the end of the loot snatched a little herself, and beat feet outta town. This woman worked in a nursing home. I wonder how many of the old folks there she was able to con. I wonder how many handicapped folks and older folks are going through this sort of thing here in Santa Barbara and are afraid to report it? I bet there are a lot.
This neighbor of mine "Small potatoes", you know? But it is irritating like an itch on your rear end.
Pooh Bear is out of his collar. He had that thing on 3 weeks today poor guy. He still has scabs from his ears being clipped but so far hasn't scratched them. I don't think I'm going to let him outside much but someone gave me a suggestion as far as a hat to use for him, baby hats you know like babies use. I never thought of that I'll look into it. I ought to get a stroller too, strap him in walk around State Street and scare the HELL outta people. Maybe I could find one of those French maid uniforms to wear when I walk him. Maybe I'll take Bubba with me.

Someone called in from the downtown area and reported that at 1am on Monday they suffered a nervous Breakdown. I've had a few of those.
There is a naked man running around the golf course near the Fairview Underpants, and the 9th hole.
Someone showed up to a dental office in the 4100 Block of State Street the lights were on but nobody was there, so they left.
David F. was raising HELL at Cottage Hospital and 594ing it. Is that guy ever going to get sober?
Suspicious circumstances meet with loss prevention at the back of the H and M Store. Earlier there had been a 484 shoplifting call. I guess some people are starting their shoplifting early.
1000 Block of East Haley Son refusing to move out.
Suspicious circumstances people can be heard on top of the Italian Pottery shop 929 State Street. I think it's better to be seen and not turd.
Some type of 415 on Old San Marcos Road, between highway 154 and Cathedral Oaks. Two subjects on one subject, Two guys got away in an older grey sedan.
Loud Music in the 1700 Block of San Pasqual.
Code Blue in the first block of North Voluntario.
415 Domestic at Garden and Carrillo code 40 drunk female says male beat her up.
Chapala at Cota a 415 over parking didn't say if it was a fight or an argument.
There was still anutter 415 at Anacapa and Haley 3 on one that sounded like some type of fight.
Check the Welfare of the unattended child in a stroller inside of a locked business in the 2800 Block of DLV.
415 Fight near Jack in the Box, 500 Block of North Milpas, one on one.
484 Shoplifter at REI 300 Block of State Street, he got away.
10851 Stolen vehicle recovered at Santa Barbara Towing 218 East Ortega.
Suspicious Circumstances lot 3 1000 Chapala 6 or 7 juvenile gang types hanging out.
Garden and Gutierrez code 40 Drunk Male jumping in front of traffic.
Female refusing to leave Dons John 3100 Block of State Street.
Cabrillo Blvd Underpants 3 subjects drinking alcohol and smoking drugs.
900 Block of San Pasqual 484 from a car in a car port, 484 is theft.
Scanner Reports, Tuesday:
Medical Emergency for a fall victim off a roof 4600 Block of Foothill.
Someone found 3 nicely wrapped packages in a field in the County somewhere and called it in as suspicious.
415 Domestic San Pasqual and Valerio.
Medical Emergency at the Fellowship Club someone having seizures 600 Block of Garden Street.
SBSO responded to a report of a man with a rifle in Riverview Park in Buellton. Not sure what the outcome was.
There was also a report of a man shooting birds in Solvang.
Suspicious Circumstances SBPD did not reveal location possible 288 Child Molestation report that a father was molesting his 3 and a half year old daughter.
700 Block of North Alisos 2 gang members attempting to fight. How does one attempt to fight?
3900 Block of Riddel a girl with a knife cutting herself.
500 Block of West Arrellaga resident reported odor of gas at 1100hrs this was several hours later. The fire department responded and discovered that there had been a fire but it was out. They said there was some extension into some kitchen cabinets and requested an investigator. Weird why would someone report a gas odor when there had been a fire? Didn't they think the fire department could tell?
A white male adult in his 20's around 6 feet tall wearing a black jacket and blue jeans 594ed the back window of a red Honda Civic near DLG Plaza. The subject was last seen walking toward Paseo Nuevo. It's interesting how someone could just commit a crime in broad daylight and just walk away as if they don't have a care in the world.

So the other day I was watching Dirty Harry and he was a shooting up a town. Old Pooh Bear was half way out of his kitty house - Pooh Bear loves Dirty Harry, he sits here and watches all the old movies with me.
