Will it's almost CHRISTMAS. Only 2 more SHOPLIFTING DAZE...
Wow I read that article in the Independent by Tyler Hayden about Gloria, the woman who was murdered on Quarantina Street November the 17th, and it was pretty shocking to say the least. I'll be more shocked if there is ever an arrest. It seems like the only time a homeless person's murder is solved in Santa Barbara is when there is a lot of media attention on the case. All I ever hear from people is that this happens everywhere as if that makes it OK to kill homeless people. I question how many homeless deaths that occur, considered to be natural causes are really natural causes? Poor Gloria. Her last thought, if she was conscious, was that she was being murdered. I hope if there really is such a place as Heaven, she is there.
