Solarium Leak

I have a problem with a solarium that leaks where the masonry meets the window glass and also on the bottom where the floor tile meets the masonry. Anyone know who I should contact to repair this? It's not a simple caulking and two people have tried already.

Call Ken Solter at 968-2471. Ken has been in the glass business for a long time and knows how to work it. I would highly recommend him.

one word ; bummer ... more words; it's a re-do not a repair. I would call a contractor for an estimate from the ground - up.
