25th Avocado Festival

Mix together over 60 great bands, add 3 days of flawless weather and sprinkle in scrumptious food and drink and voila, you've got the wildly successful 25th California Avocado Festival in Carpinteria.
After 3 days of cruising up and down the packed Linden Avenue, I was moved by smiles everywhere I looked, whether eating avocado ice cream, making avocado crafts, winning the guacamole contest, visiting some interesting local vendors or listening to the talented musicians. This was the perfect place to celebrate this year's theme of peace, love and guacamole.
Congrats and thanks to all those that put this event together.
