Make sure whoever does it doesn't grind the mastic glue into dust because it usually contains asbestos . There are solvents designed just for that so dry dust particles don't get to the lungs .

Good advice, no grinding. Ramirez Flooring is great too.

I am a contractor, so I will complicate things. I would get a demo guy to remove the old stuff. Try Torres Hauling. Then a concrete guy to do the repour. Then the flooring guy. You need specialists (or a general contractor). My experience, you ask someone to do another's speciality and the price goes up. Also, quality is sacrificed.

Paragon Builders (805.745.8588) will accomplish all steps needed in a short time for you at a very fair price. Make sure you have someone that is licensed and will warranty their work. You would be smart to get a few estimates to get the best price.
