Telephone Poles on Tilt

My camera seems drawn to the unusual; mailboxes not in chronological order, old weathered bottle caps on rough pavement, quirky "Beware of Dog" yard signs and most recently telephone and utility poles standing on tilt. Limp, if you will.
I don't know what the future of utility poles is, but I'm leaning towards seeing them off the streets within the next ten years. With so much stuff going wireless, I'm inclined to think that the utility pole could be on the path of the 8-track cassette. But I may be barking up the wrong tree; my viewpoint may be slanted.
