I used someone call Gromatici (sp?) or something like that. Really nice guy...very efficient...gave me several options for the level of the "survey"...reasonably priced.

I don't really have any comment on who you should use, but recently P&S put a giant X in the middle of our private street for use on a project down the street without the approval of any of us. We were not pleased.

I highly recommend Paul Cook. He surveyed 3 properties for me in San Roque and was fantastic. Paul is very responsive, replying to calls and emails within one day, very clear in communication, and seems to be of high integrity. I have worked with several contractors, engineers, etc, in Santa Barbara and it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone so professional, responsive and efficient.
