I rescued Rocco from DAWG when he was 6 weeks old. We think he is a boxer/mastiff mix…he weighs in at an athletic 82 pounds now at 2 years old. Rocco's claim to fame is that he was in the coffee table book Rover, photography by Andrew Grant (www.andrewgrantphoto.com/rover.html), when he was about 9 months old. Rocco loves to go running on More Mesa and hiking with his buddies Kona and Milo. He also enjoys playing with his cousin Roman. Rocco is great with kids and loves my 8 nieces and nephews. Every so often he gets to go visit his friend Holly who lives up on a ranch in Atascadero. As you can see by the other picture, Rocco also loves to be cozy while relaxing in the house. A big friendly guy, Rocco greets dogs and people with exuberance!!
