Bathtub Mystery
March 11, 2010

Yesterday's March Edness WII picture was of a bathtub in the bushes. Now where in Santa Barbara would there be a bathtub? Well, probably the most famous bathtub in town is the one at Woody's Barbeque. After some ribs or some chicken, the bathtub at the front is a great place for some old time washing up.

Well, obviously, THAT bathtub - like most other bathtubs in town - is indoors. Subscribers Sarah and Corndog819 were the only Edhat subscribers who remembered that there is also a bathtub outside of Woody's, in front of the parking lot.

Woody's has been a member of ye ol' Santa Barbara restaurant scene since 1982. The new ownership is about five years young. And although this restaurant dates back to the Reagan era, there are plenty of older eateries in town. Based upon recent feedback on the Comments Board, the dedicated staff of edhat.com compiled a list of some of the old restaurants in town. Check it out and tell us any that we missed.
