Rosa, a Portuguese Water Dog, helps her owner who is disabled. Santa Barbara
residents probably have seen her; she is her human's 24/7 assistant. Rosa
can be spotted at movies, cafes, museums, and her favorite coffee shop:
Peet's Coffee at La Cumbre and State St.
Wearing her "Another Portie for Peace" sign, Rosa protested the Iraq War
near Dan Chrynko's mosaic outside of Borders.
