I'm looking for a roasted vegetable salad. I've enjoyed Cody's and Los Arroyos in Montecito, but are there more places?

Sit by the surf at The Shoals restaurant at Cliff House (Mussel Shoals, betw. Carp and Ventura) -- they have a wonderful roasted veg salad.,. Be sure to turn right when leaving, go 1/4 mi. south, take next exit, go under the fwy and back on going north -- no hassle or danger.

East Beach Salad at Natural Cafe is my all time favorite and the Mediterranean Torta from Sojourner isn't exactly a roasted vegetable salad but if you like cooked veggies it's awesome and a LOT of food :) Enjoy!!

Giannfranco's Trattoria in Carp has an excellent roasted veggie salad. They're on Linden Ave.
