I really like Carl at CalCoast locksmith. It's been a few years and he's and older fella that smokes a pack a day...but I hope he's still alive. He's a great guy and a great locksmith.

I used SB Locksmith for 6 years but now the service is horrible. No one knows their jobs, can't follow directions and they have this gangster attitude. The new owner needs to hire some professional looking and acting people. I'm looking for a new locksmith to handle our campus.

Had a locksmith come today.. at about 12:00. I lost a key and they were to make a new one. Got home at 3:40: engine hood open, ignition gone. No note or call. It's now 8:00 PM and they are back. Is this typical ? They are really nice and had good reviews on a review site. Estimate when they arrived was 180-200, but now I am concerned they are going to hit me with a $$$$$ bill. Not how I run my business. Thanks
