Hates the Layers
updated: Jul 16, 2011, 10:00 AM

Dear Edda,

My husband has recently begun layering his shirts. I'm not talking an undershirt and a button-down shirt. He's wearing two (sometimes three!) tee shirts, one on top of another! It looks really stupid - especially when the base layer has writing on it - but if I say anything, it will just encourage him to keep doing it - thinking he is being cute. Last night, we went out to dinner, and he put a nice button-down shirt over THREE tee shirts! Then we bumped into a friend, and he informed this friend that it was his new look, and that I thought it looked good! I certainly don't!

We are planning a vacation soon, and I'm afraid that with the extra shirts he's wearing, we won't be able to make it under the baggage weight limit.

Signed,

Hates the Layers

Dear Hates,

At least he doesn't wear Hawaiian shirts.

Edda
