I am moving soon and need to find a reliable, safe, and cost-effective
storage facility and someone with a truck and helpers to move my
belongings to the storage facility for a reasonable price. Anyone had similar
recent experience with suggestions? Thanks.

I can't say enough good things about Meathead Movers. I will never use another moving company again. They were wonderful and fast. And you save money if you pack your stuff. They will supply boxes if needed.

Meathead was great for us two years ago, too. Nice guys. They moved our stuff from a storage facility in Goleta to a house in Santa Maria.

please Tip your movers...I was a mover for years and if they do a good job tip them. They don't get paid very well. So if you want a real good job from them, tip them before they touch anything and you will get great service!

University movers were amazing. They work by the hour, and let me do the small stuff...and they did the big stuff. They even placed it where i wanted it. I am very impressed...and of course I tipped!

We have had great experience with Patterson self storage, very nice units, very clean, and safe. We have a unit on the side that has the drive-thru coffee.

187231 Doing a good job should not be dependent on getting a tip. You should move everyone like they are about to give a great tip, as you never know who's cheap & who isn't. (Now, chronic bad-tippers that you *know* are bad-(or no-) tippers are a different story.)
