I have friends who are getting married and would like to have an antique car pick them up and deliver them to the Biltmore. Max of an hour. Anyone out their who has an old woody or touring car or ?? This would make their day.

If they are getting married at the Biltmore, they more than likely have someone who is coordinating or helping them with the booking of the space for the wedding. That person likely knows a good source for this.

Come by Casa de Maria next week...actually from Saturday through Friday. The Franklin Westrek will be based there during next week. Best to find cars there in the early morning and late afternoon/evening. There is the western "trek" of the Franklin Club (1904 or so to 1933) and there will be some "local" Franklin owners with their cars there. You might find somebody who'd do it for you. The Franklin was a "high end" automobile and competed with the best of them until going under during the depression. Plenty of room for flowing gowns and the like in those particularly during the late 1920s. Watch around town for the cars including day trips into the San Fernando Valley, over the mountain into the Santa Ynez Valley and south into Oxnard. Even to the Regan Ranch for lunch on Friday.
