Can anyone please recommend a reasonably priced florist and photographer for our daughter's wedding in late August?

I know of an excellent local package deal that can't be beat. YourRomanticSantaBarbaraWedding.com
will supply you a photographer, a videographer, a florist, AND an officiant all for only $775!!

Try beating that in Santa Barbara. And I personally know the videographer (Jeff Azevedo) and he is wonderful to work with.

Check out some of the flower vendors at the Farmer's Market. Many of them make arrangements and bouquets. For my son's wedding we actually bought flowers from the market and made our own. Local flowers and local vendors.

Take a Glance Photography! They are easy to get along with and take the time to understand what each client needs and wants. Very professional! They are also a local company. http://www.takeaglance.com/

We used padaro Floral in Carpinteria, they have beautiful flowers and worked with our budget. They also have the ability to get alot of flowers from different regions. We really loved what they did for us!

I used Grass Roots Florist for my wedding in August 2009 and had a fantastic experience with them. My photographers were Michael and Anna Costa and I loved them too! I couldn't have been happier with our photos.

Kacie Jean is amazing (I mean that sincerely), but I'm not sure I'd say her prices are reasonable.

Riley's flowers (ask for Rachel) and Edee Olson (sp?) photography. My fiance and I are using them for our (very) cost effective wedding in August.

Cherry Thomas is a true wedding photography artist. I'm always amazed at how she manages to capture the emotion of the day in her work--and she's reasonably priced too. Check out her website.

For a wedding photographer, my friend Helene Glassman at Imagery Photography is one of the best in town - very experienced, professional, easy to work with, & reasonable. You can check out her website at http://www.imagerybyhelene.com/

A friend hired a Brooks Photography student for $100.00 an hour. The student gave her the disk with all the pics and she could pick and print what she wanted. Excellent photos, very affordable. We did Farmers Market flowers and a friend arranged them. I agree, check vendors as some will do the arrangements. some flowers, like gladiolias or the big lilies have to be bought ahead so they have time to open.

Reasonable pricing is subjective :-) I usually start around $1500 for a basic wedding package but average around $2200. It's more reasonable than $5000 but less reasonable than $750.

I'd be happy to discuss details.
