Go to the Summer Solstice workshop at Cota and Garden and check with them- for a modest fee you get all the materials you need plus a whole staff of artists who will help you. That is the whole premise of Solstice- to empower everyone and build a sense of community. If you miss the workshop it isnt half as fun!

Bizerk next to Indochine on lower State Street. Tons of costume goodies, the same guy who used to own Scavenge but it's bigger and better. Dave and Michelle will even give you special attention!
