Photo Restoration
updated: May 04, 2011, 11:10 AM
I'm looking for someone in town who does old photo restoration. I have a picture of my uncle with handwritten text on the back and the edges of the photo are fraying and starting to disintegrate, so I need someone who can help me stop the photo from falling apart further without compromising the handwritten text. Thanks!

I don't know about restoration, but if you don't find someone then take it to Samy's or Color Services. They can scan it, retouch it and print a great looking copy.

You cannot do better than Kevin L. Anderson in SB. See some of his photo restoration work at his website: dragonscanvas.com. His contact information is on the site. Very reasonable.
