Do any of the condos in town rent out their clubhouses to non-residents for a
small event?

Check into the Hidden Oaks Golf Course in Goleta. They accomodate parties of 100 or less. Nice little place.

City Parks & Rec has several facilities that are available for rentals. Chase Palm Park Center and Casa Las Palmas are nice for a small events, or Cabrillo Pavilion for a little larger event (that's where we had our wedding reception).
