Stevens & Associates Insurance Agency off Hollister in Goleta is highly recommended! I love them. Locally owned by a great SB husband and wife team. (I'd post the number or website link but I don't think I can on here) just google them!

Diana Lewallen (Lewallen Insurance Solutions - 1227 State St.) 966-4040 gets the highest recommendation. I was uninsurable and she worked hart to get me into the state "high-risk" plan – then, later, she walked me through Medicare's maze. So far I have been of NO benefit to her, but she has benefitted me immeasurably! She is smart and reputable!

Gretchen Simpson at Kirkpatrick & Associates 966-7322. She helped fight the system to get me individual insurance when it was being denied and gave me good honest answers about a gap policy when I finally went on Medicare.

Another vote for Diana, but remember that you are entering into a business arrangement with an industry that is fraught with lies, deceit and cheating. It is inherently difficult for anyone to represent this industry ethically or honestly because the companies involved have so corrupted their practices over years.
