Saint is what he's always been.
That is how he's always seen
Perhaps you're one who didn't know
About what made this fable grow.
The stories our forefathers knew,
Remain a mystery to you.
In every corner of this land,
Children and adults think him grand.
Knowing that he preached God's might,
Snakes in Ireland, out of sight!
Delight in every corner of this fable,
Always now allows us to be able,
Yet once more to gaily say, Happy, Happy St. Patrick's Day!
