Hawaiian Dancer

Need a referral -- would like to find a Hawaiian dancer to
entertain at an upcoming 95th birthday celebration for my
father-in-law. We're holding it at a restaurant in
Carpinteria one Saturday night in March, so need
someone who can bring his/her own music, perform a
hula or two in front of a crowd. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry I don't know the exact name of the group but I do know there is a Hawaiian dance group that usually preforms every year at Solstice. Also Mrs. Wopat at Dos Pueblos HS is a member (or at least was a few years ago). I would suggest calling and asking the Solstice organizers or try contacting Mrs. Wopat. Good luck!

Been living in Santa Barbara for many years and had the opportunity to see hulaanyone group perform several times in small and large settings. All the performances were entertaining as well as very professional. I highly recommend them for hawaiian entertainment.
