On the Fence
updated: Jan 15, 2011, 10:00 AM

Hi Edda,

We live on Mesa Road in Montecito. People love to walk their dogs on our street and we love seeing the dogs. Our dog loves seeing them too. The problem is these dog walkers are not picking up after their dogs. We even have a trash can at the end our driveway where they can dispose of dog waste…to no avail.

On a daily basis, we get dog feces on our driveway and the front of our house. Our neighbors and I tried to put up signs to curb their dogs...didn't work. I sometimes see dog walkers without bags and I almost want to stop and ask them where their dog bags are!!!

My idea is to buy a camera and take a picture of the opposing dog/owner and blow it up and attach it to our fence....

Signed,

Moxie

Dear Moxie,

Hmm… I'm on the fence about this one…

Edda
