Pearl is a jewel of indeterminate age (probably around fourteen) and breed, who
was found wandering the mean streets of Salinas and has recently found her forever
home in Santa Barbara. In spite of being blind in one eye, having only two
remaining teeth (one up, one down), and some serious leaky plumbing, her remaining
years are guaranteed to be golden.

You have given Pearl a safe haven in her elder years. How special is that! You have a heart of gold, just like her. I know from experience it is not always easy to keep an aging pet, as one always worries, but you're doing all you can. God bless.
