Anyone else having Bing problems?
updated: Dec 02, 2010, 3:32 PM

By Edhat Subscriber

Question: Is anyone out there experiencing problems with their Bing search? Mine is totally not working. When I put a word in to search it goes back to the screen saver. It doesn't work at all. Other searches work though. I have Cox high speed internet and a Dell. Any ideas?

The most amazing part of this question is that it suggests that Bing has ever worked well.
Use google.

Bing is so much better than Google for the birds eye view of stuff you can go 360 around it in much greater detail.

Internet connection has been iffy since Thanksgiving. On and off even tho I'm supposed to have Cox's high speed account. Too much traffic? Or is Cox lagging in infrastructure again?

I would suggest Metacrawler http://metacrawler.com/
It actually searches all the major search engines including google. Best search engine I've found. I've found Bing to be pretty much useless compared to the others.

"it goes back to the screen saver"

What the heck does that mean? Do you mean your browser crashes and you can see your desktop again?

Sounds like you've probably been visiting too many porn sites and your computer caught an STD.

Comment 393 is absolutely right. Bing does posses one function that Google Maps does not; Bird Eye View!! It remains the only reason I've ever visit Bing.
