Blue Whale Skeleton Complete
updated: Nov 16, 2010, 2:11 PM

By Marjorie Wilser

My hiking group left from the Museum of Natural History this morning, and I got these shots of the Blue Whale's right mandible being moved into position (the first 6 photos).

When we returned, both mandibles were in place! (the last three photos)

The last bone in was the left mandible.

All photos (please) copyright Marjorie Wilser.
