didn't know where to go.

Crushcafe's "Hangover Helper - breakfast sandwich stuffed with eggs, melted cheddar, applewood bacon, tomatoes, toasted sour dough bread, $7.95." And Renaud's "Fried egg sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Served on homemade pain de mie." There's a photo available already on edhat of Renaud's breakfast sandwich. As luck would have it, they are on the same block downtown, so if one is too busy, I walk over to the other.

Renaud's, Renaud's, Renaud's ... if you want anything in a croissant. But with his croissants all you want are just more of them, plain and simple and glorious. No wonder the French are so happy and loving if they start their days with something like this. And stay thin eatings such things as well.

That Renaud's egg sandwich Lemonjelly referred to above blows away anything I've had in this town. And follow it up with one of his Almond Croissants and it will bring tears to your eyes!

Make your own big turkey, red onion, horseradish, lettuce, tomato, rye bread, maybe slide a fried egg in there. All for about $1.50. Why get ripped off at a restaurant?
