Well hair we are again another Fryday, but it ain't the 13th. I haven't heard anything for the past couple of days involving the 200 Block of West Mason. That's one of the recent hotspots, where there has been several calls involving trespassers in a laundry room and storage unit in one apartment building.
SBCC had a report of a golf cart stolen the other day, haven't heard weather or not it's been found. There is always trouble at 331 West Montecito the 7-11 store. Just about anywhere on San Pasqual, most of San Andreas there's trouble. State Street, Salsipuedes 800 Block North. Cacique, Quarantina, Nopolitios. Oh the HELL with it, there's trouble all over the place.
Scanner Reports, Wednesday
Deputies were searching for a 5 year old boy in Carpinteria and found him. Medical emergency for an ill subject at Buena Vista Care Center. 415 At Cottage Hospital ER someone raising a little HELL.
Medical Emergency City college football field the 10 yard line for a dislocated shoulder. 415 Domestic in 7300 Block of Shephard Mesa. Code 40 down at Rays Liquor 1400 Block of San Andreas. 500 Block of West Canon Perdido code 40 woman yelling: "Shoot Me!" in that area.
518 West Arrellaga 415 Domestic. Suspicious circumstances at CVS Pharmacy, 1200 Block of Coast Village Road, on two subjects that resemble theft suspects from CVS Pharmacy in Carpinteria, who used stolen credit cards to buy gift cards. They were stopped as they were leaving, unknown if they were the guys.
Someone left a running car unattended in the 1300 Block of State Street for 20 minutes. At Alamar and De La Vina, a non injury traffic accident possibly involving a drunk driver. A medical emergency at the Salvation Army, 423 Chapala, patient bleeding from mouth refusing treatment.
Illegal campers and panhandlers at 1 South Milpas. 1200 Block of Coast Village Road elderly woman hit tree in parking lot, 23152 drunk driver, off to jail she went. Somewhere in the county a young man 16 years old shoved his Mother and assaulted his Father. That twas it for Wednesday.
242 Assault investigation Cottage Hospital emergency. In the 5500 Block of Carpinteria Avenue at Cafe Del Sol a subject refusing to leave that broke windows in unit and has been harassing neighbors. Wires down Micheltorena at Olive.
Missed location but a subject sssaulted his mother after attempting to choke her out, sounded like in the county somewhere. 1600 Block of Garden Street on an overdose of sleeping pills occurred yesterday but subject is dizzy today. 3839 La Cumbre Plaza Lane customer hit employee 242 Assault at the Verizon wireless store. It's a hot day tempers are flaring. 22 year old female suffering effects of heat stroke on Figueroa Mountain Road.
At Chili's in Camino Real Marketplace sounded like a 211 Holdup alarm don't know if a robbery actually occurred or it was just a alarm. 1200 Block of Los Positas Road near Elings Park medical emergency for a 7 year old injured from a fall off a skateboard.
4500 Block of Oak Glen Check the Welfare on an occupant of a home where a home invasion occurred this morning. Drunk driver 92 Jeep red registered out of North County last seen North on APS. Police officer ticketing drunks while motorcyclist speeds by 200 South Milpas. Code 40 drunk at Cottage ER. 415 Road rage from Quinientos and Milpas, a light blue Town car, and a white Chevy Cavalier, last seen North on Milpas.
242 Assault in the 1300 Block of Garden. 415 Verbal domestic between two males behind Starbucks on State Street. In the 400 Block of Paseo Del Descanso a 459 burglary to residence. 242 assault on Hernandez Street. 600 Block of Central, accidental overdose of aspirin.
Right out of left field this transmission came over the scanner: "I can't remember seeing so many Stupid People in the same line up." Some of the things one hears over the scanner. Minor injury accident, State and Cota, send medic's code 2.
1000 Block of Bath on a 415 Domestic over child custody. "Fire, Medic's and CHP" Responding to someone laying next to the curb highway 101 North near highway 1. Carrillo at highway 101 415 subject disturbing. Harbor Patrol on a 415 Code 40 disturbing at the Wharf Restaurant.
415 Verbal in the salt marsh. At 10:40 p.m. 3252 Bradley juveniles disturbing at CVS Pharmacy. Out of the Blue chopper traffic don't know where sounds like a Med O Vac: "Left 200 feet down embankment vehicle rollover, left arm pressure 4 milligrams IV Morphine, patient stable doctor says 2 milligrams more O.K." I have no idea where that was. Maybe it was the guy on the curb, up north, I have no idea.
320 West Mission 415 Domestic. Unknown medical emergency 400 Block of East De La Guerra. 2002 Hit and Run, Vehicle continued North with major damage after hitting parked vehicles in the 1700 Block of Santa Barbara Street, a 1998 Toyota, those cars have mimes of their own.
1000 Block of Mountain Drive unknown 415 woman screaming. City police officer following 23152 with passenger hanging out of window a light blue mustang cruising around upper state finally pulled over in a parking lot of a hotel 3800 Block of State street. Seemed like a lot of calls came in at the same time. I heard calls all night as I leave the scanner on I have some pretty scary nightmares doing that.
Around four or five this morning I heard another drunk driver at Yanonali and Milpas and a white Mustang being towed. That's it for now have a great weekend and I'll pea you on Monday. Roger
