Asphalt Sealing on East Camino

Los Padres National Forest officials today announced that a temporary closure of a portion of East Camino Cielo Road
will be necessary in order to safely conduct asphalt sealing operations. The sealing work will noticeably improve driving conditions on this stretch of
East Camino Cielo and enhance visitor safety.
The closure will be in effect for one day, Tuesday, July 13, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning at the intersection of
Gibraltar Road and East Camino Cielo Road and continuing eastward to Romero Saddle.
