Godzilla meets Spot

During the parade, we heard a dog barking and saw that it was confronting a dinosaur. A woman was calmly "walking" her adorable t-rex puppet when the startled pooch prudently warned everyone. Even after pausing so the dog's owner could coax a reassuring sniff, the terrified barking resumed the moment the dino duo resumed their stroll. A small crowd had gathered to watch the interaction, momentarily adding a side show to the parade.
