Devereux Swan is Back

The swan has returned to the Devereux Slough (or Lagoon as some call it) just west of Isla Vista at Coal Oil Point, and has brought a friend this year!

We had three swans in the lagoon at UCSB a couple of years ago. Only one returned last year, and this year the solitary swan has returned. They are so beautiful to see out in the "wild"...not caputured in some zoo or such place!
