Let's be realistic. 35 parking spaces will certainly not be enough for a Bevmo store. Those of us who live in the neighborhood already know too well the problems resulting from the inadequate parking at Trader Joe's, not to mention the problems at the State/De La Vina intersection that are yet to be resolved. Adding the large number of customers who will be attracted to Bevmo will only increase the strain on parking space in that area.
