Does anyone know where they're still giving the regular flu shots for not-at-great-risk adults?

The next time you get the flu, and unknowingly spread it to dozens upon dozens of more people, you will have you answer.

Why the negative comment????? Maybe the persons who asked already have gotten theirs and finally convinced others to get theirs as well. And Walgreen's is out of them, too.

Sorry...when I first read that I thought it said "why" they're still giving flu shots... Guess I need to read things a little more closely.

I think Costco might still have flu shots scheduled as well. Worth checking there...

There are still two SB County public health clinics, Wednesday in Carp. and Buellton on Thursday. Schedule here ooops, I see they're only for 60 or older --- but younger with doctor's prescription.

Costco's web site says they're all out as well.

I got a flu shot at my doctor’s last week. They said that the manufacturer had made a lot less vaccine this year, because they had a lot left over last year. He had ordered 500 and was only able to get 250. My sister who went in after I did was not able to get hers. My husband’s doctor didn’t get any, he ended up getting his at Walgreen’s, but that was a couple of weeks ago.

Ok, here is the straight scoop. Call Dr. Beverly Bront's office 805-569-8825 She advertised in the Independent $10.00 for seasonal flu shots. I got mine from her and she is truly painless in the arm and wallet. 2416 Castillo Street, Suite C (between Quinto and Junipero Streets behind Cottage Hospital. She doesn't except insurance but does emergency and sports injuries that can be handled in a Dr's office too.
