You try dispatching, even a transport company! My thanks to all first responder dispatchers. It's an very hard job.
The online reporting is a great step. It may be criticized by those who don't understand how and especially when to use it.

I know from personal experience there at SBSO, that issues between dispatchers, endorsed by supervisors and managers alike, has been a downfall to many a successful career for someone who "has what it takes" but was ostracized right outta the dispatch center.

One of the police officers in our family is a 911 dispatcher (not local). It is an emotionally trying job, dealing with peoples most traumatic and desperate moments, and doing it fast and effectively. Nothing easy about it. (She is neither over paid nor over weight.) She works hard.
