What's This

This avocado size object rolled down the street from somewhere. Yesterday it was completely covered in the blue gelatinous material that you can see on the object and ground. It is soft and when squished the red berries popped out. Is the this the beginning of an alien attack?

Oddly enough, the bluish-greenish tint spotsmsurrounding it looks just like debris that sometimes comes out of our City of Buellton water faucets in small, but visible chunks. Kinda looks like a brain.

969 hit the mark- It's "blue ice" from an aircraft flying at 30,000 over SB. Sometimes the lavatory doors on the fuselage will not be secured properly and will spill the blue "juice".
It also gets routinely spilled on the ramps, but in liquid form...

Most "blue ice" stories and photos I've seen really were actually blue (see 'blue ice airplane image). Sorry for your experience, OP. Curiouser and curioser.

The red berries look a lot like what is inside a Magnolia see pod. The blue goo? Another story. I'm stumped.
