August 15, 2014 - Raptor Report

An edhat subscriber caught this raptor hanging out in his backyard one overcast morning and couldn't ID it. A consensus hasn't been reached yet on edhat - it might be a juvenile Cooper's Hawk or possibly a Gray Hawk. Take a look and help identify this beauty here.

In local news, Roger reported a structure fire at the Hotel Indigo and edhatters were quick to share photos of the incident, more than seventy formerly incarcerated SB County residents have completed a comprehensive reentry program, and Bitcoin use in Santa Barbara was discussed.
