updated: Jul 18, 2014, 4:42 PM

Source: City of Goleta

Ellwood Pipeline, Inc. (Venoco, Inc.) is applying to decommission in place and remove portions of their existing Line 96 pipeline. The pipeline runs from the Ellwood Onshore Facility at 7979 Hollister Avenue, east beneath Hollister Avenue, south beneath Pacific Oaks Road, west beneath Phelps Road and private properties, south beneath Ellwood Mesa Open Space, and terminates at the Ellwood Marine Terminal.

The Goleta Planning Commission will hear this item on Monday, July 28th, at 6:00pm in the City Hall Council Chambers at 130 Cremona Drive. A Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (Final MND) will also be considered for adoption.

For further details, the Notice and the Final MND are now available on the City's website here, at City Hall, and at the Goleta Library. Planning Commission staff reports for the project will be available at City Hall and on the City's website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
