Landfill
updated: Jul 17, 2014, 8:23 AM

By John Wiley

I see "No Dumping" signs here and there, and even some quiet wild places where people illegally despoil the landscape. But the one place on our coast that encourages dumping looks surprisingly clean. The landfill is constantly changing, but always seems to look good from the air. Ever since friends said they'd taken a tour we've wanted to go some day, but meanwhile here are four views moving East to West. Anyone want to comment on what the various structures are, the process, or the tour?
