Super Aggressive Hummingbirds
updated: Jul 06, 2014, 6:30 PM

By MountainMan4865

Curious, we have a ton of hummers everyday here, and have never had a super aggressive hummer as the one who showed up today.

We typical have 25-30 hummers who feed in a relatively mannerly fashion with the occasional one chasing the others, only to have them all return and continue eating.

Today, one showed up, and, ready for this, grabbed another by the beak and flew off with it, returned and grabbed another by the back and flew off with it, only to return with claws outstretched trying to get others.

Really weird, we are trying to figure out what type it is, will keep you up to date.
