Scanner Reports 6-20-14
updated: Jun 20, 2014, 7:00 AM

By Roger the Scanner Guy

Finally FRYday and the end of thy Blessed Week. For all the bicyclists out there breaking the Traffic Laws when it comes to people calling in to report crimes it seems there are at least 3 times as many motorists breaking traffic laws. Most of these call-ins involve 23152 Drunk and DUI Drivers, with 23103 Reckless calls tagging along. This being the Weekend I expect many call-ins involving the DUI Zombies, by DUI I include Drunk Drivers also they are all Zombies to me, out for blood when they drive. Usually if they make contact with another vehicle, a bicyclist, or pedestrian they have no intention of stopping, they don't care bicyclists and pedestrians are in their way. Most think they are good drivers under the influence of substances so why stop if they are good drivers?

Another law I hear broken a lot 20002 or non-injury Hit and Run. I think the majority of Hit and Run drivers are DUI Drivers, just my opinion. There are other reasons people won't stop too busy TEXTING, "Don't bother me I'm on the tellyphone!" Not having a license, or insurance. Funny, people are always talking about cracking down on drivers that break the LAW, but it seems LAWS are easier on them because there really are no changes. People continue to break Traffic Laws, and it seems when more LAWS are made more LAWS are broken. "Do people have to die before there is a change?" People ask. The answer is yes, but that is only part of changing and death alone only brings temporary change. The better way to change something doesn't involve loss of life it involves suing the Holy Bull Manure out of someone. People care far more about money than they do other people. Hit the Bass Turds where it Hurts and you'll see change. That is why we don't stick lawyers on an island in the middle of the ocean, or in Woodchippers; we need them, and they need us. Of course there are some lawyers we might make exceptions for.
