May 30, 2014 - Accidental Landscape

A subscriber saw this in the Funk Zone and wasn't sure if it is an accidental image or intentional painting. Many edhatters believe it is glue, left behind from a now-gone poster or plaque, but the artistic pattern had others thinking it was certainly paint which led them to wonder about what technique was used.

In local news, Roger was first to report on a possible shooting but it appears to have been a hoax, Representative Lois Capps spoke on the House Floor urging action for not one more, and a paddleout took place Wednesday to remember the students killed in Isla Vista.
