May 29, 2014 - IV Memorial Wall

John Palminteri reported on chalk messages in Isla Vista that are slowly starting the healing process. Plywood sheets painted black became a place to share thoughts and messages to the victims of last Friday's shootings and stabbings. A moment of silence was observed on the floor of the House of Representatives Wednesday night as well.
