Not a clue. Do you think it's a local artist? Ask at Gallery113, behind Main Library (next to Cielito Restaurant in La Arcada), if you think its locally done.

Ditto natureboy, and at least the whole work pic without the reflection, and dimensions helpful. Some mystery to this detail. 1st thought was a print but closer look suggest a multiple of collaged hand made paper, maybe onto masonite. Can you tell what the ground of the color sections are laid onto? The horizontal bands, evident as value change and continuous across color change, suggest corrugated cardboard or the like pressed the gluing. Difficult to tell without scale. I would guess the above process was the original, photographed and released as a print. Retract multiple. I've sent this to a friend who has researched work for me in the past.

It bears a number as if it were lithograph number 102 out of a run of 300.
