May 9, 2014 - Santa Ynez Fauna

Aquaholic and Denise Dewire ventured up to the Santa Ynez Valley recently in hopes of photographing bobcats. While the wildcats remained elusive, there were plenty of other subjects for them to capture with their cameras. Among the flora and fauna pictures was this Texas Longhorn grazing in the grassy fields.

In local news, an Economic Conference had part of State Street briefly blocked off, John Wiley noticed the new downtown market's green roof, and whether or not to contest a traffic ticket was discussed. Read these stories and more below.
