Resurfacing Project Continues Next Week

A project to grind and resurface State Route 192 from the Junction with State Route 154 to just east of Tye Road will continue next week with road work taking place from Calle Laureles Road to La Milpita Road. This project will also include the replacement of detector loops at signalized intersections.

A project to grind and resurface State Route 192 from the Junction with State Route 154 to just east of Tye Road will continue next week with road work taking place from La Cumbre Road to west of San Roque Road. This project will also include the replacement of detector loops at signalized intersections.

Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control from 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 am to 1 pm on Fridays.

Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 10 minutes.

Electronic message boards will be activated to inform the public about this project.

The contractor for this $800,000 project is CalPortland Construction of Santa Maria CA.

This project is expected to be completed by the end of June.
